Job summary

Standard Alloys, part of the KSB USA family, seeks a senior Controller to lead Finance, Accounting, and Controlling. The role focuses on manufacturing performance, cost accounting, and strategic financial support for operational decisions.

You will supervise budgeting, forecasting, working capital, and internal controls, while coordinating with IT and ERP teams to prepare for a future ERP transition. Bachelor's degree and 10+ years in industrial finance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field required.
• 10+ years in finance, accounting, or controlling in industrial/manufacturing setting.
• Experience leading a finance/accounting function (Controller/Finance Director).
• Experience with ERP implementation or transformation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Finance and Accounting function and develop the finance team.
• Partner with General Manager on financial planning, reporting and analysis.
• Oversee cost accounting, inventory valuation, and profitability analysis.
• Support ERP optimization and future ERP transition alignment.
