Job summary

Gray Construction in Lexington, KY seeks a Project Executive for the Manufacturing Market to lead one large $200MM+ project or multiple complex projects. You’ll oversee administration, financial performance, schedule, risk and team development, with end-to-end accountability from proposal through execution.

Ideal candidates bring a proven leadership track record on design/build or hard bid projects, extensive P&L experience, and mastery of contracting methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university, or equivalent experience.
• Ten years of total profit and loss accountability on multiple projects.
• Minimum five years managing all disciplines of design/build or hard bid projects.
• Experience with various contracting methods and understanding contractual language.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project administration, financial performance, schedule, risk, relationships, and team development.
• Lead development of proposals and execution strategy with cross-functional buy-in.
• Monitor budgets, subcontracts, equipment, and change orders to protect profitability.
• Provide leadership in safety, quality, and client relationship management.
• Mentor and train project staff to ensure continuity and growth.
