Job summary

RTX in Jacksonville, FL seeks a Senior Manufacturing Facilities and Maintenance Manager to lead all facilities operations onsite. You will oversee maintenance teams, manage budgets, and ensure safety and compliance across building systems.

Responsibilities include planning preventive maintenance, coordinating capital projects, and partnering with production, safety, and engineering to drive reliability and uptime on the manufacturing floor.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience with 7–10 years in maintenance/facilities roles.
• Experience with PLC controls and electrical schematics; strong knowledge of electrical systems.
• Experience leading maintenance teams and managing budgets in manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop facilities and maintenance teams across the site.
• Plan and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Oversee building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, security).
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and reliable operations.
