Job summary

RTX is seeking a Sr. Manager, Facilities - Project Delivery/Team Building for the Metro DC Area, overseeing operations for over 1.5M sq ft. The role leads cross-functional teams, drives maintenance, sustainability, and workplace strategy, and partners with executives to implement site-level initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading a Facilities/Real Estate org and a related bachelor’s degree
• 8+ years in a fast-paced, high-consequence environment with cross-functional teams
• 3+ years’ experience with multi-million-dollar budgets

Responsibilities

• Implement operations & maintenance, engineering and sustainability initiatives
• Engage with site executives to execute site-level strategies and workplace moves
• Partner with Business Relationship Managers, Workplace Strategy Managers and Project Delivery Managers
• Ensure a safe, flexible, efficient, and clean workplace
• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure small demand projects meet customer expectations
• Interact with local business leadership, RTX functions, suppliers and compliance officials
• Support site audits and ensure compliance
