Job summary

This role requires a BS in Engineering with 3–5+ years’ experience, strong 3D modeling skills, SolidWorks, and hands-on prototyping. Mentorship and cross-functional collaboration are key components.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) with 3–5+ years’ experience in mechanical design/manufacturing.
• MS in Engineering acceptable with 1–3+ years in mechanical design/manufacturing.
• Experience leading equipment projects in medical device/manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop new equipment and upgrades with a focus on ergonomics, reliability, and production scale.
• Revise and maintain equipment documentation and control systems.
• Lead root cause analysis for non-conforming equipment and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, manufacturing, electrical, and software teams.
