Job summary

Flexsteel Pipeline Technologies, LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer - Manufacturing Equipment to own the equipment strategy for advanced manufacturing solutions. You will design, install, commission, and startup equipment while coordinating with internal teams to ensure quality and safety standards are met.

The role requires a university degree in manufacturing or engineering and 5 years of related experience, with strong technical capability and the ability to work in a multi-tasking team

Qualifications

University degree in Manufacturing or Engineering with 5 years' experience or an equivalent combination.
High technical ability is required.
Ability to operate in a multi-tasking, dynamic team environment.
Aptitude for learning new design tools and presenting information at all levels.

Responsibilities

Implement the manufacturing equipment strategy and ensure advanced manufacturing solutions are used.
Interpret, coordinate and execute projects including equipment design, installation, commissioning and start-up.
Advise cross-functional teams on manufacturing equipment initiatives.
Provide technical support in presenting equipment concepts and solutions.
