Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Sr. Associate, Manufacturing Engineering in Clifton, NJ. This role supports the design, development and transfer of manufacturing tools and processes under a 9/80 schedule, offering every other Friday off.

The successful candidate will implement and analyze manufacturing plans, estimate costs, coordinate releases with engineering, and help scale products from concept to production. Master's degree in a related field is required or recently completed.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field or having completed the degree within the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Implement and analyze manufacturing plans and projects.
• Design, develop and transfer manufacturing and engineering tools, strategies and systems.
• Develop manufacturing strategies for specific products and processes.
• Interface with engineering in coordinating the release of new products.
• Estimate manufacturing costs, determine time standards, and make recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines.
• Maintain records and reporting systems for coordination of manufacturing operations.

Education

Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field
