Job summary

Contechs is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to identify, attract, and hire manufacturing talent for a contract role in Warsaw, Indiana. You will partner with hiring managers, manage the ATS, and lead interview processes to ensure timely, quality hires.

Position: Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

My client is an innovative American automotive manufacturer focused on redefining affordable electric mobility. They are developing a new generation of purpose-built electric vehicles with an emphasis on simplicity, modular design, and customer customisation.

They are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partnerto join their expanding team on a Contract basis. The role will be located in Warsaw, Indiana.

Essential Criteria
  • As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier manufacturing talent to support our company's growth and innovation. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies to source and select the best candidates. In addition, you will be responsible for managing the ATS, scheduling interviews, and monitoring Talent Acquisition KPIs. You’ll establish processes and systems for diverse recruiting and be responsible for the candidate and manager experience.
  • The ideal candidate will combine sourcing, recruiting, hiring skills, and possess the maturity to work with management to effectively grow manufacturing teams, and sustain our high performing culture
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, skills, and experience needed for open positions.
  • Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to align on job requirements, expectations, and timelines.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to source and attract qualified candidates through various channels (e.g., job boards, job fairs, social media, professional networks, referrals, etc.).
  • Utilize the ATS to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate tracking, and reporting.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
  • Conduct thorough interviews (both technical and behavioral) to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the ATS, including uploading jobs, tracking candidate progress, and generating reports.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates and passive prospects for future opportunities.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience by ensuring clear communication and timely feedback throughout the recruitment process.
  • Monitor and meet Talent Acquisition Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in technical recruitment.
  • Collaborate with HR team members on various projects and initiatives, such as employer branding, diversity and inclusion efforts, and process improvements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years Recruiting and Sourcing experience with strong focus on high-volume recruiting for salaried roles.
  • Manufacturing and automotive experience required.
  • Strong understanding of hourly manufacturing roles, skills, and qualifications across various functions.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software; experience with Workday required.
  • 5+ years of sourcing with LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and industry professionals.
