Job summary

Creation Technologies seeks a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead the site’s engineering team, drive NPI initiatives with cross-functional partners, and oversee manufacturing processes for CCAs and box assemblies. The role demands an agile leader with deep EMS knowledge, capable of guiding projects from conception through deployment while ensuring quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field or equivalent experience
• 10+ years in manufacturing with 3+ years in engineering leadership
• Experience in aerospace/defense/medical manufacturing for applicable sites
• U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected status

Responsibilities

• Lead the Manufacturing Engineering team at the site
• Own the framework to drive NPI activities with cross-functional teams
• Oversee Manufacturing Engineering tasks and activities
• Maintain knowledge of PLM and MES systems
• Lead projects coordinating tasks and resources to stay on schedule
• Drive manufacturing process improvements to boost efficiency and quality
• Provide training and support to manufacturing teams
• Monitor KPIs and analyze data to resolve issues
• Design and setup manufacturing cells, systems, and equipment
• Ensure robust quality control and process validation measures
• Support scaling of operations to meet demand
• Engage with customers, vendors, and third parties to manage risks
• Provide leadership, set goals, mentor team members
• Develop and implement plans to enhance productivity and quality
• Follow NPI framework for new product launches
• Manage projects from conception to deployment within budgets and timelines
• Drive lean and Six Sigma initiatives
• Oversee training and development of engineering staff
• Ensure compliance with standards and safety regulations
• Maintain stakeholder relationships (suppliers/customers)
• Prepare and manage CAPEX/OPEX budgets; forecast needs
• Champion continuous improvement across engineering
