Reporting to the Global Implant Platform Engineering leadership, you will drive safety, cost efficiency, and quality with a hands-on, strategic approach in a regulated medical device environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• Minimum of eight years of experience in life sciences (medical devices, biotech, pharma).
• Experience leading multifunctional engineering teams in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain manufacturing strategies and technology roadmaps.
• Lead site engineering projects and capital planning with ROI focus.
