Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager to lead engineering for the Implant Manufacturing site in Jacksonville. You will drive technology strategies, capital planning, and cross‑functional collaboration to enable measurable improvements in quality and cost.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Science, or related field.
Experience leading multifunctional engineering teams in FDA-regulated or comparable environments.
Strong background in process development, DOE, statistical analysis, and capital projects.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a pipeline of manufacturing strategies and technologies to improve product quality, cost, and efficiency.
Lead site engineering projects, capital planning, and asset management for the Jacksonville implant site.
Apply Lean and Six Sigma to improve throughput, reliability, safety, and total cost of ownership.
Coach and develop the engineering team and align priorities with global Implant Platform goals.
