The engineer will plan, schedule, and execute moderately complex engineering activities within a GMP/ISO/FDA regulated environment, providing technical leadership to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost. The role interfaces with Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain, supporting qualification, validation, and change control activities, continuous improvement, and new product

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 2–4 years of engineering experience in manufacturing or regulated environments.
• Demonstrated project execution experience.
• Experience in ISO/FDA regulated environments (preferred).
• Experience with qualification, validation, and change control activities.
• Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or structured problem‑solving methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Technical writing and GDP discipline.
• Effective communication and collaboration in matrix environments.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Working knowledge of project management fundamentals.
• Proficiency with common office and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute moderately complex engineering and/ or change control projects.
• Apply standard project management methodologies to plan work and milestones.
• Translate requirements into manufacturing, product, or equipment specs.
• Support capital and expense project justification as applicable.
• Lead qualification of equipment, controls, systems, and processes.
• Support validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ) and protocol execution.
• Author and review technical documentation per GDP and internal standards.
• Identify and implement equipment, process, packaging, and materials improvements.
• Perform structured problem solving for deviations, nonconformances, CAPAs.
• Ensure GMP/ISO/FDA compliance and participate in risk assessments.
