Reporting to the Surgical Vision Global Implant Platform Engineering Senior Director, this role drives the engineering and technology activities for the Implants manufacturing site in Jacksonville. The role also actively contributes to Implant Platform Engineering initiatives. The Senior Manager provides strategic and operational leadership to the Supply Chain Manufacturing Engineering organization. Accountable for developing and deploying engineering strategies and technologies that support Implant products for intraocular lenses. Senior Manger combines strategic vision with a hands‑on approach to manufacturing and supply chain engineering. The role is a member of the Jacksonville Implant Site Leadership Team and the Global Implant Platform Engineering Leadership Team.
