Baxter International Inc. in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager, Manufacturing Engineering to lead site manufacturing excellence and drive new product introductions with quality and efficiency at the core.

You will shape the engineering strategy, lead a high-performing team of engineers, ensure compliance with FDA/ISO/cGMP, and partner with R&D, Quality, and Supply Chain to deliver cross-functional results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• Master's degree in Engineering preferable.
• Experience leading engineering teams in manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead site project portfolio with governance, managing timelines, budgets, resources and risks.
• Define and execute the engineering roadmap for products and manufacturing operations.
• Lead and develop a team of manufacturing engineers and technicians.
• Drive Lean Six Sigma based process development and optimization.
• Ensure FDA, ISO and cGMP compliance and Baxter standards.
