Job summary

Baxter International Inc. is seeking a Team Lead in our U.S. manufacturing operation to guide daily production, uphold safety, quality, and efficiency, and support a fast-paced line environment.

You will lead shifts, mentor teammates, assist in hiring and training, and participate in Lean initiatives and continuous improvement. The role offers benefits from Day One, plus a base salary of $54,600 and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Minimum 6 months of manufacturing experience and demonstrated leadership skills.
• Must have basic English written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Foster a safe work environment and apply 6S to keep a clean, safe area.
• Set up production line and assist with equipment as needed.
• Motivate, engage, recognize, and develop employees to create a positive work environment.
• Support supervisors in hiring, onboarding, and training new employees.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement and Lean initiatives to improve value stream performance.
• Review batch documentation, perform preventative maintenance, and update electronic records.
