Job summary

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Senior Manager, Manufacturing Engineering to lead a team of value stream engineers in Logan, Utah, driving continuous improvement across manufacturing operations. This on-site role focuses on process optimization, capital project execution, and cross-functional problem solving to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost and capacity.

You will work closely with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain and EHS to develop engineering strategies that

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 10+ years of experience supporting manufacturing equipment, processes and operations.
• Demonstrated knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience coordinating engineers, technicians, contractors or other resources.
• Experience leading capital, equipment or process improvement projects from concept through implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of engineers to support manufacturing operations and build technical capability.
• Provide technical leadership and day-to-day engineering support to manufacturing operations.
• Drive continuous improvement using lean tools and value stream mapping.
• Lead process, equipment, and workflow improvement projects to increase capacity and quality.
• Manage capital projects from concept through startup including design and qualification.
• Partner with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain and EHS to execute value stream strategies.
