Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of manufacturing engineering experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of engineers to support manufacturing operations and build technical capability.
• Provide technical leadership and day-to-day support to manufacturing operations.
• Drive continuous improvement using Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, and Lean methodologies.
• Lead capital, equipment, and process improvement projects from concept through implementation.
• Partner with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and EHS to execute value stream strategies.
• Ensure activities comply with safety, quality, regulatory requirements (cGMP) and company policies.
