Job summary

Cytiva, part of the Danaher family, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for new products and continuous improvement initiatives. You will lead design and tooling enhancements, support NPI, and drive safety, quality, and productivity improvements on-site in Duncan.

The role requires a engineering degree with hands-on experience in lean manufacturing, ERP systems, and project leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 2+ years professional experience preferred.
Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of production control/ERP Systems.
Experience with lean manufacturing tools (Standard Work, SMED, TPM, 5S).
Experience identifying and implementing improvements to processes, fixtures, jigs, and tooling.
Experience leading technical projects.
CAD viewing ability (AutoCAD or other).

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain manufacturing processes, routings, and standard work to ensure safe, efficient production.
Design fixtures, jigs, tooling to improve safety, quality, and productivity.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives and Kaizen activities to reduce waste and variability.
Investigate and resolve manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions.
Support New Product Introduction by transferring products from development to manufacturing.
