Job summary

Cytiva in Logan, Utah, is seeking a Senior Manager, Manufacturing Engineering to lead a team of value stream engineers and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.

You will provide technical leadership for process optimization, capital projects, and problem solving to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost and capacity. This is an on-site role reporting to the Director of Engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
• 10+ years in manufacturing operations role.
• Knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of engineers to support manufacturing operations and build technical capability.
• Provide technical leadership and day-to-day engineering support to manufacturing operations, ensuring timely resolution of issues impacting safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost.
• Drive continuous improvement through Lean tools and methodologies (Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, Daily Management).
• Lead capital projects from concept through design, commissioning, qualification and startup.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain and EHS to execute value stream strategies.
