Job summary

GE Aerospace seeks an Engineering Leader to oversee manufacturing processes at West Jefferson. You will define tooling and equipment needs, validate new products on the shop floor, and guide a mid-sized team while shaping strategic direction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years manufacturing experience or equivalent.
• Strong communication, leadership and program-management capabilities.
• Experience in defining production processes and tooling.

Responsibilities

• Define and control production process including tooling and equipment.
• Validate design specs and shop floor application of new product/tools.
• Lead a small to mid-size team of professionals and influence policy.
• Develop and execute programs/projects with strong stakeholder collaboration.
