Formación

• 5+ years of experience in product development, change control, validations, or related areas.
• Master's degree or PhD with at least 1–2 years of experience will be equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Perform, coordinate, and exercise functional authority for planning, organization, control, and completion of engineering maintenance and process upgrade tasks.
• Coordinate plant schedule and resources within assigned manufacturing area.
• Lead technical developments, scheduling, and resolve engineering design and test problems.
• Evaluate and approve design changes, specifications, and drawing releases.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, safety and FDA regulations.
• Mentor and develop team members; manage multiple projects and deadlines.
