Qualifications

• 8+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry.
• Demonstrated success leading engineering teams and managing complex manufacturing or process improvement projects.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, quality systems, and regulated environments.
• Knowledge of FDA, ISO, cGMP, and regulated manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team with varied strengths of manufacturing engineers and technicians.
• Oversee the design, implementation, optimization, and transfer of manufacturing processes for new and existing products.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies to identify and implement sustainable process improvements.
• Lead multiple engineering projects spanning multi-functional areas from concept through implementation.
• Develop project timelines, resource plans, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
