• Strong communication, leadership, presentation, and interpersonal skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, scheduling and activities focused on manufacturing methods and operations to meet objectives.
• Act as primary contact for manufacturing engineering activities and participate in progress planning and review sessions.
• Ensure testing throughout production to control variables and troubleshoot problems; provide leadership in solving manufacturing engineering issues.
• Ensure operations comply with regulatory and safety requirements.
• Guide engineering on design concepts and specifications to best utilize facilities and techniques.
• Contribute to talent planning and development of management, professional, and technical staff.
