The manager guides Lean deployment, line balancing, and productivity improvements, while coordinating capital projects from justification to commissioning and validation of results.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, mechanical, industrial, or related engineering discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Progressive manufacturing engineering experience with leadership of teams or major programs.
• Experience in sheet metal fabrication, automation, and capital projects.
• Strong CAD, data analysis, financial justification, and communication skills; Lean/Six Sigma preferred.
