Job summary

IRISS, Inc. in Bradenton, FL, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead hands-on equipment and facility maintenance, build a maintenance program from the ground up, and ensure safety, reliability, and availability of production equipment.

The role collaborates with Production, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and suppliers to reduce downtime, support plant growth, and drive continuous improvement across AMADA and Timesavers machinery and powder coating systems.

Qualifications

Technical diploma or equivalent in industrial maintenance or related field.
5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, with 2+ years leading technicians or contractors.
Experience with CNC sheet metal equipment, hydraulics, pneumatics, and reading mechanical and electrical drawings.
AMADA and Timesavers experience strongly preferred.
Experience with powder coating, wash systems, furnaces, and facility utilities.
Ability to develop preventive maintenance programs and use CMMS.

Responsibilities

Create an asset register and assess condition and risks to safety, quality, and production.
Develop preventive maintenance schedules and service standards using manufacturer guidelines.
Establish a work order process and implement a CMMS or tracker.
Lead safe diagnosis and repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control-system faults.
Maintain AMADA and Timesavers equipment and related systems.
Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, and suppliers to reduce downtime.
Establish routine building inspections and coordinate plant utilities maintenance.
