Job summary

IRISS, Inc. in Bradenton, Florida, seeks an experienced Quality Supervisor to own end-to-end quality from incoming materials to final release and warranty monitoring. You will establish quality checks at every station, lead the quality team, and drive containment and corrective actions.

Partner with Manufacturing Engineering and Production to build control plans, support PFMEA, reduce scrap and customer complaints, and promote reliable data and prevention of defects across shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality control processes and data-driven problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily quality activities and assigned inspectors; coordinate coverage across shifts and coach operators on inspection and defect prevention.
• Track outputs, defects, rework, and scrap; publish daily quality results by station; identify trends and drive containment and corrective action.
• Maintain inspection procedures, defect criteria, traceability, and calibration of measuring equipment; ensure users are trained.
• Coordinate audits, document control, training records, and closure of audit findings; liaise with Purchasing and Engineering on supplier quality.
