Job summary

You will oversee engineers and technicians, develop new processes, and coordinate with R&D, production, and QA to meet quality and schedule targets. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a related field, 1+ year supervisory experience, and strong leadership with knowledge of lean manufacturing and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, industrial, mechanical engineering or related field.
• Minimum 1 year in a supervisory role in manufacturing engineering.
• Experience in process improvement, lean manufacturing and project management.
• Knowledge of manufacturing operations and equipment.
• Familiar with quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Engineers I–III and technicians; mentor and train for growth.
• Manage tool room and oversee equipment and process improvements.
• Develop and implement processes to optimize production efficiency, quality and safety.
• Collaborate with PD/R&D, production, and QA to implement new products/processes.
• Drive lean initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Monitor production data and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
