Job summary

Gogo is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to scale and optimize manufacturing and test operations for our next‑gen connectivity solutions. You will lead process deployment, support production, and drive continuous improvement with internal teams and contract manufacturers.

Responsibilities include deploying manufacturing and test processes, supporting RF calibration and production testing, and enabling scalable, repeatable manufacturing. Travel up to 15% may be required to support sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent).
• 5+ years in manufacturing engineering, production assembly, and test support.
• Experience supporting electro-mechanical manufacturing and test environments.
• Experience with manufacturing process development, equipment qualification, and production test methodologies.
• Ability to analyze failures, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment and optimization of manufacturing and test processes across internal and contract manufacturing partners.
• Support radio module programming, RF calibration, and production testing activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable manufacturing solutions.
• Manage production test capability deployment at multiple levels, including LTE testing.
• Troubleshoot process issues to improve yields, throughput, and efficiency.
• Execute process, equipment, and test qualification activities ensuring consistency across sites.
