Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s in Engineering (Mechanical preferred) with 2–3 years of manufacturing experience and a strong foundation in problem solving, quality systems, and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Implements and sustains BDPS work process for the manufacturing unit.
• Identifies critical equipment settings and creation of standards.
• Transfers knowledge to operators and technical associates and coaches on continuous improvement.
• Understands top losses within the unit and develops plans to eliminate losses and improve OEE.
• Responsible for change control including validation activities and root cause analysis of OEE losses and quality events.
• Supports additional duties to meet business needs.
