Job summary

API Delevan, Inc. in West Chester, PA is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer III to lead process improvements in machine shop and assembly lines. You will own technical questions, drive improvements, and ensure safe, high-throughput manufacturing with strong documentation.

You will perform root cause analysis, support equipment maintenance, and apply lean tools to improve productivity and quality in a cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/ Industrial Engineering or related field required.
• 5+ years Manufacturing Engineering experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acts as PRIMARY OWNER for technical questions from operators and resolves process issues to keep cells running.
• Leads DAILY MANAGEMENT to drive Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory and Productivity for the area.
• Performs ROOT CAUSE & COUNTERMEASURE analysis of internal quality issues and addresses defects.
• Performs basic TROUBLESHOOTING / REPAIRS of equipment and supports maintenance as needed.
• Conducts PROCESS IMPROVEMENT activities to improve stability and repeatability of processes.
