Job summary

ALIGN PRECISION - PHILADELPHIA, LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer Level 3 for our Horsham, PA location. The role focuses on designing and optimizing manufacturing processes, providing detailed operating instructions, and leading improvement initiatives in Lean, 6S, and CI programs.

Strong CAD/CAM experience and IPC standards are beneficial. The position requires ensuring process documentation is accurate and ready for shop use, while supporting capital projects and new product

Qualifications

• B.S. in Engineering (Industrial, Manufacturing or Mechanical) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop manufacturing processes to optimize productivity and workflow.
• Provide process documentation and detailed operating instructions.
• Oversee implementation of new processes and procedures.
• Examine existing processes and suggest improvements in methods and tooling.
• Investigate and troubleshoot problems with processes, procedures, and operations.
• Monitor KPIs (Quality, Delivery and Cost) and investigate under-performing processes.
• Lead and support LEAN deployment, 6S and Continuous Improvement projects.
• Publish and maintain all manufacturing process documentation for shop use.
• Support other team members to achieve business goals.
• Manage specific projects including MS Project schedules, capital equipment installations or new product development.
