Job summary

Responsibilities

• Develops and improves processes, manufacturing flows, layouts and systems.
• Works independently with limited guidance and spends ~50% on the shop floor.
• Supervises technicians and less experienced engineers, schedules and assigns work.
• Trains and develops staff to meet targets.
