• Develops, plans, coordinates and implements manufacturing projects with complex features.
• Improves processes, manufacturing flows, layouts and systems.
• Spends approximately 50% of time on the shop floor.
• Supervises technicians and less experienced engineers; assigns work to meet targets.
• Trains and develops staff as required.
