Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer for our Warsaw, Indiana facility. You will lead process development, validation, and optimization initiatives to ensure safe, efficient, and repeatable manufacturing of orthopedic products.

The role covers method development across machining, finishing, casting, molding, and heat-treating, with domestic travel up to 10%. A Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering or related field and 5+ years in manufacturing engineering are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum five years in manufacturing engineering.
• Two years interpreting blueprints with GD&T.
• Two years Minitab experience.
• Two years leading manufacturing projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support for manufacturability and repeatable processes.
• Develop and improve manufacturing methods to meet performance and quality requirements.
• Create, maintain, and revise controlled technical documentation (prints, procedures, BOMs, routers).
• Lead equipment qualification and process validation projects.
• Travel domestically up to 10%.
