Job summary

Fluke Health Solutions in Everett, WA is seeking an Engineering Technician to build and validate test stations, perform first article inspections, and lead hands-on investigations for MRB issues.

You will support engineering, production, and service with data, fixtures, and calibration, contributing to ISO 13485 and FDA 21 CFR 820 compliance while pursuing growth into senior technician roles.

This is a full-time on-site role with minimal travel and a strong focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as an engineering, test, manufacturing, or quality technician.
• Hands-on electronic troubleshooting with test equipment.
• Ability to read schematics, drawings, and GD&T.
• Experience building or maintaining test fixtures and some scripting.
• Familiarity with ISO 13485 / FDA 21 CFR 820 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute first article inspections (FAI) on new parts and drive disposition with data.
• Build, install, validate, and maintain production and service test stations.
• Lead hands-on MRB investigations and root-cause analysis with data.
• Support NPI, pilot builds, design verification testing, and transfer-to-production.
• Provide floor-side technical support and assist ECO implementation.
