Job summary

Halma seeks a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to own and improve manufacturing processes at the Garden Grove site. The role bridges design engineering to high-volume production with emphasis on execution, standardization, and reliability.

You will mentor engineers, lead root-cause analyses, and collaborate across Production, Quality, and Supply Chain to implement robust processes and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field is required.
• 5+ years in manufacturing/production engineering in a regulated/industrial environment.
• 2+ years leading or mentoring engineers preferred.
• Experience supporting production operations, not just project work.

Responsibilities

• Own manufacturing processes from introduction through sustained production.
• Design and develop bespoke tooling and fixtures for product manufacturing.
• Lead root cause analysis for process, quality, and yield issues using RCCA / 5 Whys / Fishbone / DOE.
• Support NPI and product transfers with readiness criteria and handoffs.
• Mentor manufacturing engineers and drive standard practices site-wide.
