Legrand is seeking a Process Engineer in Anaheim, CA to develop and optimize continuous production and manufacturing processes to meet output, quality, and cost goals. You will collect data, analyze bottlenecks, and support initiatives with a focus on efficiency and collaboration.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and 4+ years of experience, with strong communication and project management skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering is required.
4+ years of experience in mechanical engineering is required.
Comprehensive knowledge of sheet metal-based fabrication methods is preferred.

Responsibilities

Collect production data and apply standard methods to analyze and diagram processes.
Identify bottlenecks and propose changes to improve efficiency and resource utilization.
Assure product and process quality by designing testing methods.
Calculate production, labor, and material costs for decision making.
Prepare reports by analyzing and summarizing information and trends.
Collaborate with manufacturing engineering on initiatives and projects.
Ensure compliance with company and government regulations.
Maintain product and process information systems.
Train and guide technicians on design and development projects.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge.
