Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or assembly within medical devices or regulated environments.
• GDP compliance and working in a regulated environment required.
• Proficiency with common assembly tools and measurement instruments.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform intermediate level electro‑mechanical assembly of robotic system modules with minimal supervision.
• Operate in a structured production line to meet daily build targets while maintaining ISO 13485 and GDP compliance.
• Interpret and apply defined assembly procedures to build, verify, and validate components.
• Conduct functional, electrical, and mechanical tests using calibrated tools and equipment.
• Identify and troubleshoot basic issues and escalate complex problems to engineering.
• Maintain ESD controls, clean manufacturing protocols, and GDP documentation.
