Job summary

The Richmond Group USA is partnering with a global manufacturing organization to identify a Senior Manufacturing Engineer for a key facility. You will be the go-to technical expert for the plant, with autonomy to identify opportunities, solve complex challenges, and drive meaningful improvements across operations.

You will work on capital projects, process optimization, equipment reliability, automation, and continuous improvement, collaborating with plant leadership and international teams to

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
Experience in process/manufacturing/project engineering in an industrial setting.
Exposure to Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Kaizen or similar methodologies.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with project execution focus.

Responsibilities

Own and lead capital projects, process optimization, and equipment reliability initiatives.
Drive continuous improvement and automation opportunities across the plant.
Collaborate with plant leadership, operations, and maintenance to tackle challenges and improve performance.
Work with international teams to introduce new technologies and best practices.
