Job summary

Korry Electronics is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to own manufacturing processes in a fast-paced aerospace environment. You will lead process innovation, drive continuous improvements, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining rigorous regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with design teams to influence production capabilities and mentor junior engineers, delivering sustained improvements and supporting product development from concept to production.

Qualifications

• Experience in electronics manufacturing and assembly in aerospace or highly regulated industries.
• Ability to lead process innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong collaboration with design teams to influence production capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Total manufacturing process ownership from process definition to tooling influence.
• Drive continuous improvement with automation and new technologies.
• Ensure on-time delivery and implement robust corrective actions for process inefficiencies.
• Maintain compliance with AS9100, RTCA DO-160, MIL-STD-810.
• Collaborate with design on production capabilities and product development.
• Provide high-level training and sustainment support on the production floor.
• Mentor junior engineers and manage priorities across integrated product teams.
