Job summary

Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field
• 8+ years of experience with electronics manufacturing and assembly in aerospace or other highly-regulated industry

Responsibilities

• Own manufacturing process definitions, work instructions, and tooling decisions.
• Drive process improvements through automation and new tech.
• Ensure on-time delivery by addressing root causes and optimizing yield.
• Adhere to AS9100, RTCA DO-160, MIL-STD-810 compliance.
• Advise design engineering on production capabilities for new products.
• Provide training and sustaining support to production personnel.
• Mentor junior engineers and manage priorities for integrated product teams.
• Other tasks as assigned.
