Job summary

Korry Electronics in Everett, WA is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to own manufacturing processes, drive innovation, and ensure on-time delivery of quality products in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

You will lead process definition, tooling, and equipment decisions, apply RCA and cost-saving initiatives, mentor engineers, and collaborate with design teams to optimize production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing and aerospace/regulatory environments.

Responsibilities

• Total manufacturing process ownership from definition to documentation.
• Lead continuous improvement with automation and new technologies.
• Ensure on-time delivery and robust corrective actions for yield issues.
• Maintain quality with compliance to AS9100/RTCA DO-160/MIL-STD-810.
• Collaborate with design to influence production capabilities.
• Provide expert support and training to production personnel.
• Mentor junior engineers and manage priorities for integrated teams.
• Other tasks as assigned.
