Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
• Master's degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
• PhD with 3 years relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Design manufacturing processes, procedures and layouts for assemblies and equipment.
• Lead cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturing, quality, or operational issues.
• Inspect machinery performance and drive corrective actions for quality.
• Develop processes applicable to statistical process control and continuous improvement.
