Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years experience in supply chain, production planning, or related fields.
• Advanced degree with 5+ years of experience in similar roles.
• Experience building and managing production schedules, capacity plans, and inventory strategies.
• Experience with ERP and planning systems to support operations.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and align stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead production planning and capacity strategies to support growth and uninterrupted supply.
• Analyze demand, inventory, capacity, and performance data to identify risks and opportunities.
• Develop and execute master production schedules balancing demand and resources.
• Drive cross-functional decisions with Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Purchasing.
• Identify vulnerabilities and create contingency plans for material shortages and capacity constraints.
• Improve planning processes, forecasting accuracy, and scheduling efficiency.
• Manage planning processes and master data in SAP and Blue Yonder; provide mentorship across the team.
