Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering; or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a functional management role with direct reports.
• Experience with ERP manufacturing software.
• Familiar with ISO9001 processes and audits.
• Experience with Design for Manufacturing techniques.
• Lean Manufacturing techniques, SPC, PPAP and FMEA.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise for manufacturability, product cost, workflow, quality & safety.
• Lead Lean Manufacturing initiatives and drive improvements.
• Perform RCA to resolve manufacturing and quality issues.
• Lead a team of Manufacturing Engineers to define and implement processes.
• Support product development from a manufacturing perspective.
