Job summary

Argen is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to contribute to development, implementation, and maintenance of manufacturing processes that meet quality, performance, and cost targets. You will be a subject matter expert, support the Manufacturing Engineering department, and provide leadership to improve processes and efficiency on the shop floor.

You will collaborate with product development and manufacturing teams to ensure smooth introduction of new products, optimize production schedules,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• 8+ years in manufacturing engineering with 3–5 years in people or project management.
• Hands-on experience in high precision machining and automated work cells.
• Proficiency in CAD (SolidWorks) and manufacturing software tools.
• Lean, Six Sigma knowledge and real-time process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain readiness of manufacturing equipment and resolve floor issues.
• Evaluate processes and equipment to identify improvements.
• Lead projects, set milestones, and troubleshoot problems.
• Mentor junior team members and foster collaboration.
• Develop production schedules to meet customer demands.
• Ensure safety compliance and drive continuous improvement.
