Qualifications

• Hands-on CNC programming and equipment installation experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist production in resolving manufacturing problems to maintain schedules.
• Plan details of new and current product projects to meet implementation dates.
• Analyze products and equipment specs to propose manufacturable designs.
• Develop process records and ensure process controllability.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and SPC.
• Provide technical leadership to engineers and production staff.
