We seek an experienced manufacturing engineer to design, validate, and implement production methods, lead capital projects, and drive lean improvements across our plants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• Experience with SolidWorks or AutoCAD for design and validation.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and lean principles.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Value Stream team to improve quality, reliability, or cost.
• Designs and sources tools, machinery, and equipment for manufacturing.
• Support engineers in process development, welding schedules, and production flow.
• Manage capital equipment projects and pre-production activities.
• Analyze failures and determine root causes; propose design changes.
• Prepare documentation and drawings for manufacturing and assembly.
• Contribute to lean initiatives and best practices in operations.
• Assist technicians with troubleshooting and assembly as needed.
