DwyerOmega is a leading manufacturer of instrumentation solutions for process measurement and control. We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to work with value stream teams to improve quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness across manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities include designing tools and equipment, supporting production methods, and managing capital projects. Candidates should have a BS in Engineering and at least 3 years’ manufacturing experience, with proficiency in

Experience with solid modeling using SolidWorks or AutoCAD.
Strong communication and active listening skills.
Ability to analyze problems and develop engineering solutions.
Knowledge of materials properties and manufacturing processes.
Familiarity with production equipment and tooling.

Responsibilities

Identify and apply continuous improvement methods to enhance manufacturing quality and cost-effectiveness.
Design, develop, and source tools and equipment for manufacturing methods.
Support engineering in development of processes, welding schedules, and assembly methods.
Manage capital equipment projects and documentations for new processes.
Provide documentation and drawings for manufacturing and assembly of parts and products.
Develop and implement Lean practices to improve operations.
