Job summary

DwyerOmega is seeking an experienced Operations Leader to manage all manufacturing activities and site facilities. The role focuses on meeting production targets at the lowest feasible cost while preserving product quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

The position requires 8+ years of leadership in manufacturing, a technical bachelor's degree, and formal Lean or Six Sigma training. Domestic travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline is required.
• Formal training in at least one continuous improvement discipline (Lean or Six Sigma).
• 8+ years leadership experience in manufacturing operations with a track record of high performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily manufacturing operations and site facilities.
• Ensure production objectives are met at the lowest cost while maintaining quality and safety.
• Develop and manage budgets, plans and staffing to support growth.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align sales demand with capacity.
• Lead safety and environmental programs and 5S housekeeping.
